With a brief calling for +-90 high density residential units with indoor & outdoor recreational areas, the proposal maximized on the site geometry, meeting the brief whilst also keeping all residential blocks within all site building lines. Municipal parking requirements were satisfied whilst preserving as much green space as possible.
